About Me

I’m Joshua Beaumont,

Sportsshoes x The North Face UK Athlete that’s supported by Silva, Voom and Protein Works.

I'm 30-years old from Yorkshire with a passion for trails, mountains, and pushing the limits through ultra-marathons. My journey into running began after being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), a form of inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine. Running has not only been a way to manage my condition but also a transformative escape from the stresses of daily life.

Why I Love Running

For me, running is more than just exercise—it’s freedom. It’s a chance to disconnect from the pressures of life and reconnect with myself. The hills and trails have become my sanctuary, where I find confidence, happiness, and relief from the challenges of living with AS.
